This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. (2 Timothy 3:1)
That we are living in the Last Days, we have only to look at the signs of UNPRECEDENTED natural disastrous events that are happening around the world. I have posted quite a great number of articles which prove the God’s word concerning the days we are living in right now! Yes, the Last Day Perilous Time are upon us as we speak.
One of the signs that we can introspectively recognize is quoted immediately below:
FOR MEN SHALL BE LOVERS OF THEIR OWN SELVES, (2 Timothy 3:2a)

NARCISSISM, WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT
Published on September 8, 2013
“I’m not good enough for any one, no one took the time to be there for me”.
A view they have of themselves from their own parents/caregivers.
A defense against this feeling is reaction formation, they do anything to appear as the OPPOSITE of what they really are, and end up believing no one else is good enough for THEM.
Paradox is then queued up, because they need others to confirm themselves. Thus the control freaks, lack of empathy, egocentricity, very vulnerable to criticism and all that comes with these traits. They live their lives in a fantasy bubble. When they become parents they destroy children for life.
On the other hand, narcissists normally do not have self insight like this lady unless they are under pressure (divorce?). Maybe her behavior here is just a play, after all she is on Dr.Phil….
One of the “nowadays” self-examination method that we find very obvious to each of us is the availability of social media such as “Facebook,” “Youtube” etc. in which, items “posted” and “like or commented” by subscribers of these media are very indicative of where they are at!
Some of us post photographs of selves at various activities. I have done the same thing and admit guilty as charged. Then I found out that there is imminent danger of such practice. I tried to delete pictures I have posted in Facebook and discovered that once we have uploaded them, they stay there forever. We can only change our profile picture and you will see, I have done that and appeared as white haired (old) lion!
But here is the danger that you should be aware of:
FIVE HIDDEN DANGERS OF FACEBOOK
Facebook claims it has 400 million users. But are they well-protected from prying eyes, scammers and unwanted marketers?
Not according to Joan Goodchild, senior editor of CSO (Chief Security Officer) Online.
She says your privacy may be at far greater risk of being violated than you know when you log onto Facebook, due to security gaffes or marketing efforts by the company.
Facebook came under fire this week, when 15 privacy and consumer protection organizations filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, charging that the site, among other things, manipulates privacy settings to make users’ personal information available for commercial use. Also, some Facebook users found their private chats accessible to everyone on their contact list – a major security breach that’s left a lot of people wondering just how secure the site is.
In two words, asserts Goodchild – not very.

Furthermore, posting ones’ pictures in FaceBook, is construed that ones have the Narcissistic tendency even bordering on idolatry towards the subject exhibited!
NARCISSISM ON FACEBOOK
In normal every day life with face to face contact the physical characteristics and knowledge about social background form the identity of your contact. It’s stable and three dimensional. You know that person, it’s therefore very difficult for the other to claim another identity or create impressions inconsistent with how you know him or her. Online identity is a different topic. You can create ideal identities not necessarily overlapping your real identity. It’s a controlled setting in which you can create different identities from the person you really are. Moreover, from research it has been shown that people act differently in social networking environments when compared to those interacting in anonymous settings. Online self representation can vary according to the nature of the setting.
What is the relationship between offline personality and online self representation on facebook?
A recent study looked at the effects of narcissism and self esteem on online social activity and self promotion. The researchers included 50 male and 50 female facebook owners, they were randomly recruited at York university, their age ranged from 18 to 25 years. The facebook pages were rated and the participants took 4 questionnaires about demographic information, facebook activity, self esteem (the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale) and narcissism (the Narcissism Personality Inventory).

Continuing traits of End Times Behavioural patterns, I will present to you the rest of passage of scripture:
2 Timothy 3:2b….covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, (3) Without natural affection, truce-breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, (4) Traitors, heady, high-minded, LOVERS OF PLEASURES MORE THAN LOVERS OF GOD; (5) Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away!
Can we measure this view: “LOVERS OF PLEASURES MORE THAN LOVERS OF GOD?” Yes we can. Let us examine again what attract the attention of such a one. I have to be blunt for our own sake! Look at what people like and commented in Facebook! You figure that point yourselves!
Verse 5 above says: Having a form of godliness, but denying the power there of!
If we believe God, we should believe the word of God as written in the scripture for:
Titus 2:11-15 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; LOOKING FOR THAT BLESSED HOPE, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
“BLESSED HOPE” means Rapture of the Church which is imminent!
